HELP -- Advice Needed About Major
Hi,
I'm currently declared as a History Major. Basically, I am at the point where I have approximately equal History and English credits.
I transfered from Kwantlen (took English there, but decided to drop out cuz i couldn't take the profs there) into SFU.
After declaring history as my major at SFU, I recently took a few English courses at SFU, and found them to be really interesting!
Now my question is... should I stick with History or transfer to English???
My logic of thinking is: I'm going into PDP, and to get in the program, I need to take an equal amount of either English or History courses. (depending on if I decide to switch back to English from History) Am I confusing you yet??
Please comment.

I'd probably consider a double major or a major/minor if thats possible. Just to be on the safe side...then you get a little of both worlds.
Man when I went to UBC you had to have pre-req credits (i.e. hist credits for a hist major) not specific courses set out.
stick with history. english is really specific in the 400's so if you dont have the pre-reqs you'll be stuck with useless credits waiting for a class to open up.
do an english minor and history major. that'll be easier for you since you transerred from kwantlen. the english program reqs are fairly specific i think.
unlike history where you just need 4 groups.
