i would say sometime during second year is good because the MCAT is based mostly on those first year science courses and some second year ones. that way everythin is much more fresh in ur mind then having to go remember everything in 4th year or something
hey has anyone written the MCAT or started studyin for it and got some tips to share?? i need to start soon but have no clue where to start (or maybe im jus tryin to procrastinate a little longer:embarassed: )

im plannin on goin to med school too and here are all the SFU requirements, which are posted for UBC med school:
- English - any 2 of 101, 102, 103, 104, 105, 199 (recommended)
- Biology - 101 & 102
- Chem - 121, 122, 126
- Organic Chem - 281, 282, 286
- Biochem - MBB 222, 321 (Prior to Sept 200: BICH 222, 321)
and of course at least 3 years towards a bachelors n the MCAT
pretty smart to ask early enough in your first year so you dont miss anything or fall behind:)
