How and where can I find them after exams to ask about grade and etc? Through email? or...?
Immediately after the exam, I would attempt to talk them to them about scheduling a meeting. Ask them when they are available as you hand your exam in.
Some professors try to make themselves quite unavailable after finals because they don't want to deal with students who will inevitably ask for an exam re-marking to try and boost their grade.
If you really ARE there just for the post-mortem and don't want to get your grade changed, make that clear in your e-mail. (I used to go look at my final exams just to be able to see what I did wrong so if something like it ever came up in a future context I'd know what to do right)
