Vanilla (http://www.getvanilla.com/) - Forum software with easy to use Add-Ons
Elgg (http://www.elgg.org/) - Social networking software
OpenTape (http://www.opentape.fm/) - Virtual mixtape creation based on Muxtape
Joomla (http://www.joomla.org/) - Fully customizable and feature rich CMS
WordPress (http://www.wordpress.org/) - Easy to install and use blogging software
*If anyone knows of more great Open Source software for the web, please add to the list.
