Looking for some feedback
This should be interesting for a first post. Anyway, there is a girl in one of my tutorials that I have sort of developed a crush on in the last couple of weeks and I guess the problem would be that I don't really know all that much about her and have only really talked to her briefly. Would it be weird or creepy if I asked her out on a date after barely finding out anything about her? Any tips on how to do it? It's not a situation I would usually put myself in, but I don't know if I'll ever see her again after classes end.

Looking back, I should have done two things...
1.) As well as doing what Morro does, dominate the tutorial class with your intelliect. Girls like Alpha Male, right?
2.) Be more proactive. Instead of waiting for an opportunity, create one.
On a side note, I wish all girls knew who Burrows was.
I probably sound full of excuses here. I'm starting to think I should just throw caution into the wind and go for it and see what she says.
You should hurry up though. Classes are almost over. Start with like small talk (ie. what are you taking next semester?) or go ask her if she wants to go for a bite after tutorial or a coffee or whatever.
Of course if she doesn't know who the Canucks are then take my advice and leave her alone as she is not worth it.
whip it out
And yeeeeeah. I bought his jersey in 06/07 and I can't even count how many times I was asked who he was.
They just study with me like I'm some smart piece of meat and then never call. THEY PROMISED :(
dun dun dun
2. Make her feel comfortable. (I can't stress this enough, I've seen too many first convo fail because the opposite end felt awkward.)
3. Continue if there is appropriate response.
4. Strike something small (coffee, study, etc.)
What you do after that is up to you. Be warned about the boyfriend/fiance stump, check her ring finger for the fiance, as for boyfriend, if she is a confident type, she will never bring him up. Insecure hoes are usually the one going "me and boyfriend" deal, like wow, someone is actually willing to put up with you. Depends. Maybe it's just me, but for some reason, there's a lot of female hockey fans up in SFU. They don't always show Canuck's paraphernalia though, but when you start talking about hockey, they usually will chime in.
