    Dude, rents are pretty high on campus...I've seen 2 bedrooms going for $2000 per month.

    I still suspect a conspiracy to keep people from moving out of rez into real apartments protected by the Residential Tenancy Act.

    Yeah, and isn't it just a nice coincidence that the mortgage rates seem to be just high enough to not make it profitable to rent at less than around $600 a month. Furthermore the rental agency for the rental units at Cornerstone tends to hit people for around $600 a month, too.

    When you are in my position right now, $700 in Cornerstone is a bargain.
