FS: Residence Parking spot

Selling a residence parking spot for the fall semesters. It's a permanent spot at the Residence parking lot, which is near the Rez dining hall. It is west of WMX and a 4 min walk to the Library. Walking from the parking spot will be less than a minute until you are in an under covered area so you won't be wet walking to your classes when it rains or snows.

You get your guarantee spot so you never have to find a stall, it will always be there for you.
