The best foods for your body are not necessarily the most expensive foods.
That's true. I would usually always make my own food rather than eat out, especially since I need to lose 20 pounds. 150lb to 130lb.

if you have a good paying job, why not?

$12 is like only 1hr worth of work
thats kinda contradictory, 12 dollars an hour is a pretty shitty paying job!

and to those mcdonalds msgs, personally not a big fan of mcdonalds but on road trips into the states their dollar menu is dirt cheap (they dont have that here do they?)
items like, mcchicken, dbl cheeseburger, 4pc nuggets, to name a few

oh also, i went to cincin last nite, 120 dollar meal for 2, the veal is fantastic

I don't think they have the dollar menu, but in Europe they have the Euro menu!! That was my dinner pretty much every night over there, haha.

Well of course. Like Richard Simmons said, "if it taste good, spit it out." It was him who said that, right?

Don't worry, it is not like you have one of those every single day. Having one of these Mountain-High Mudd Pie at Red Robin is not going to put a major dent on your body.

In my defense (not that I need one) I live pretty much alone and I don't know how to cook. So I use a fraction of the money my father sends me from Iran or wherever to order food or eat out.

Correction, women like men who can cook, and if they cant women like guys who pay for the meals most of the time.

Its about reciprocity, noone likes to feel like a slave.

    Are you Asian?

Don't worry about it. Just think of the people who live on campus and eat all three meals in the dining hall with the meal plan! :-)
