ECON 355W

edited May 2008 in General
Hey everybody,
Just wanted to know if anybody has taken econ 355 writing with mr. Don devoretz. How did you find the course in terms of the necessary amount of labour you have to put in (LOL). The book is way off. Did you read the book at all or just the prof's notes. There are also 6 assignments. How much time should i spend on them ?
Also, what about the midterms and finals.(What to study specifically and what to target.)
Thanks:shade:

I took this class with don before and enjoyed it quite a bit. Don's a pretty cool guy and the material is pretty easy.

I would suggest that you just focus more on the lectures and his notes since he gives a lot of hints during lectures. The Bhagwati book was useless.

This class focuses more on writing so if you're good at that then you should do fine.
