We have been aiding Africa since god-knows-when and all those countries that have received our aids in any ways, shape, or forms have not improved a bit. What we need right now is a stricter interpretation of the Washington Consensus, when we will cut off all aids of these countries until they can get their acts together and start to use our aids appropriately instead of using the aids to buy guns and other craps.

its really sad most of our money has gone to perpetrate further death and pain

    1) the culture is very uneducated; having unprotected sex and multiple children they know they cannot feed, yet continuing to do so and spreading AIDS like wildfire

    2) the government is corrupt

it sounds so awful but maybe we should just stop, either that or maybe the US can spend their time invading another country they can actually maybe help

little bits of money here and there to africa are what....supplying more money for corrupt officials who transfer the money back out of africa

and little bits of money here and there giving africans enough food to live a few more days or months...?
