So one of my profs tells us how to do research proposals, he owns his own research company and does tons of research. So I do it the same way for the exact same class (quantitative in soci and quantitative in crim), and in the other class she docks marks saying you never do it that way in research.

gah, end of rant. lol

    Everyone I knew did bad on his/her proposal (I took the class with Lussier). I thought I'd do well on mine, but ended up with some jack-shit B-. Crim 320 is seriously a fucked up class; the only thing that kept me going was knowing that I only had to take it once. The midterm is a little easier and the final is manageable if you can use SPSS.

    honestly, I felt the material and requirement for 320 isn't bad, its just annoying to have to do those assignments every week after midterm

    well sa 355 is the same thing and the prof I have for that is great, but the way he wants us to do things is completely different than crim 320 so its a god damn pain in the ass when I do the same for both, lol
