    You know what, in my Distance Ed CMPT Course as well as others, I thought about that, what's going to stop them from us sharing the answers to questions? Maybe they should explicitly say don't share your answers with anyone else in the world.

    It's rather ludicrous that he's facing expulsion and it's disappointing to see that the school officials are doing everything they can to expel him. But I think he's got so many possible defences, that it may even be hard to actually kick him out.

    I guess if you're in the same situation, you should use pseudonyms during semesters or enter and leave groups frequently or delete your posts. Either way, people will surely find a solution.

    He was careless to have written the part about posting solutions. But if he gets expelled, then everyone else in the group should also be punished.
