    Honestly if you look at the broad picture, Smartso you pretty much covered it in the first post. Without people skills you get no where in this life it doesnt matter what kind of paper degree you have. And if you are really trying to make it to the top, you must strategize to get ahead of the competition. To make these 2 components work together in a manner that is favorable to yourself it takes quiet contemplation so being an individual thinker is highly necessary. Im wondering... where did you hear Bill Gates say this?...
