Linguistics 220 - Anyone Taken It?

Has anyone taken Ling 220? I'm trying to find out if the instructor is any good (Florence Woo), since she doesn't have any ratings yet on Rate My Professor.

    I hated into ling i couldnt handle it...but im sure someone else will have some more intelligent responses ahha

    Was the issue with the prof or just the material?

    i took this course, but not with the same prof u had.

    i would say that i hated my ta the most, she was not helpful.
    the material itself is pretty easy though. follow the textbook and u should do fine.

    i took it last sem with this caucasian lady.. forgot her name already

    easy course tho, i got lazy at the end and lost my a, but its not that hard

    i had her too...i hated going to that class seriously. it was the lamest thing ever.

    i enjoyed this class with florence woo. its fairly easy. the material is simple to understand if you go to every class and tutorial, pay attention and you'll get an A. I had Sam as my T.A. he's awesome :)
