PHIL 120.. Exam was super easy.. Everyone said so..

I got a D, my friend got a D, another friend failed.. And one another friend got a D as well.

Was the marking really that strict..?
Was there no scale?
Or was all the effort we had put throughout the semester meant nothing?

Fuck this..
I'm really longing to see an email reply from my TA..

Just got a reply from the TA. I personally FAILED the exam as well.. WTF.. the exam was easy like.. a piece of cake.. I cant believe this.

She didnt tell me the class average and friends and I have decided to find the Professor, Sam Black, to talk a bit, and see..

PS. We are all in BA and D cannot meet the prerequisite .. Even though the W still counts..

You must be first year. Haven't you heard that SFU's philosophy courses are GPA killers?

Sorry to disappoint you bub, but the W DOES NOT COUNT if you got anything below a C-!!!

You have to get a C- or better to get WQB credit!

Go to the very end of the page and read that bold text out loud.

I've always been irritated with my POL100 mark from last Spring. I guess it's too late to say anything now, but I don't understand how my mark was a C when I got a B on the final, a B+ on the major paper, missed 2 tutorials (and I participated) and walked out of the exam thinking it was the easiest test ever. I was SO confident I got at LEAST a B on that exam, if not an A.

After that experience, I don't trust my marks. LOL. I still consider saying something but what can you say...
