My account got frozen :(

edited December 2007 in General
SFU froze my account for no reason and now I cannot register in classes. I've been running around in circles (goSFU > registrar > student accounts > registrar > goSFU > student accounts > Richard McCloud > registrar) trying to get the hold off my account with no success. Someone help me :(

What's the registrar's phone number? The one on the website is incorrect.

Here is the site with all the phone numbers and contacts (hope it's accurate, it should be):

i've never heard of this happening. did you pay your $100 enrollment deposit? that's only thing i can think of that might cause this to occur.

By frozen you mean it literally blocked you from entering your account? Or does it mean that there are certain things you haven't done and need fulfilling? Perhaps these rancid meatbags can help you...

Were you required to withdraw? Remember to pay your $100, as mentioned above.

Since it's an administrative problem, you won't really be able to get anyone to help you until monday. So just be patient, and go there in person early monday morning to find out what the problem is. Some of the classes you want are probably pretty full by now anyways...
