Hmm.. I'm interested in the psychology book, but is it an older edition? (not sure which edition they're using in spring 08, but the ISBN seems to be different: 9780073228860)

although this will sound like a sales gimmick just because i'm selling the textbook, i'm sure other students can tell you the same.

when they ' update ' to the next edition, it will be minor changes in the book, and the chance of the professor actually REQUIRING that edition is not common. and if you're going to pay extra money for the " newer edition " which may have a couple extra pages ( if you're missing them, i'm sure you will have a friend in the class that can help you out ) then by all means go ahead.

but when i used it for my psyc100, i was behind an edition when i bought it off another talksfu member. didn't notice a difference in that class when using the older edition vs my friend who had the new one. just a hint on saving some money.
