    Synaptics in your brain are created during sleep. So when you dream, your brains is creating synaptic links.

    If not on a regular basis, the soreness from 500 sit-ups won't be felt until the next morning after sleep.

    Morning breath, secreted resin from eyes, and the morning wood all occur after sleep.

    hmm.. maybe that's why i've been getting sick.. stupid.. packing on pounds and driving around richmond without much coordination..@_@ i hate studying for midterms.. *yawns*

    I hate sleep. :( I can't wait until we finally beat that one. Imagine how much easier school would be, if you had 8 extra hours per day!

    for me, now that i don't have school for a semester, i took a ' rough ' job stocking at costco. mainly because of the pay, 15$ on sunday, 11 on regular days. but the shifts are 5AM-10AM, but agian, no school. i cause less trouble out at nights and the money is great, but it also forces me to sleep my full 8 hours


    so, who wants to get some good sleep together, that way we can motivate each other to get the full 8 hours.

    I got 6.5 hours of sleep last nite....i feel crappy today :( But on the plus side, I got 11 hours of sleep on both Saturday and Sunday.

    you're not a battery, you can't recharge on weekends etc if that's what you're trying to do .. from what i've heard.

    I never said i was trying to recharge.

    I was just saying that i got 11 hours of sleep on both of those days cuz i was tired. I love sleeping in with my bf!
