Since My Academic Advisor appointment is scheduled way too late to be of any help, and considering I'm pretty much in the dark I need some help.
Anyone here planning on becoming a teacher, or know of anyone?

I plan to be a Secondary school teacher, teaching Geography and English. If I had the option, I would be majoring in Geography, but either or.

I know this sounds really dumb, but what classes exactly would I be looking to take 1st year? I have to be a full time student, so 4-5 courses Im guessing.

I suppose you should try to take the lower division prerequisites along with another course of interest in your first year.

does anyone know which courses i take if i want to become an elementary teacher?
This is my first year, so i'm quite confused...do i need a major/ minor like secondary teacher?
