What's a good linear algebra book
I'm going to self study over the summer. I want a very easy to understand text that I just read it to understand. I'd prefer something pretty concise and low cost too. Nothing too serious.

The major difficulty, I find, with LinAlg books generally is that far too many of them are larded down with theorem-proof, theorem-proof, instead of explaining the material in a non-jargony fashion.
Don't take econ either or you'll have a headache with the graphs and GDP deflator/CPI calculation equations.
"does the audience differ from myself in ways such that my advice may not apply to the audience due to the ways that I differ from the audience?"
If so, best to refrain from dispensing out such advice.

Since madscientist just wants to self-study a simple linear algebra book (assuming no theory)...
