Buying a new monitor

edited April 2007 in General
Hey guys, I'm looking for a new monitor for my computer but I don't really know that much about monitors ever since they became all thin and LCD-ee :embarassed: I am looking for something thats over 20" but under $350 so I was wondering if you can point me in the right direction about where to look. So far I found:

22" ACER Widescreen - $290.00 (atic.ca)
22" PROVIEW Widescreen - $299.99 (futureshop.ca)
20.1" LG Widescreen - $279.99 (futureshop.ca)

Any suggestions/opinions highly appreciated!

See if you can view them under varying light conditions. One thing I didn't find out until I actually USED the Samsung 19" LCD I have is that it's just murder on my eyes at nighttime because of the poor lighting in my room. During the daytime it's fine though.

prices on lcd monitors are dropping quite substantially, 3 weeks ago, the ACER 22" was going for 259$ but that sale was long over.. but yeh.. i think 22" is the way to go, the bigger the better =)
