V8 Tomato Juice

edited March 2007 in General
Hey you know that V8 tomato juice? It says 3 servings of vegetables on the can so I was thinking, why not drink one of those for breakfast, its a solid pack of healthy vegetables which I usually don't get anyways...but how healthy is it really??

    Here is the nutritional information

It sounds like a good way to get some servings of vegetables, but the problem with drinking it every day is that certain vegetables offer specific nutrients and vitamins. A healthy diet consists of variety, and not just meeting the number of servings!

The only other thing that I'd worry about is it has a lot of sodium in it. I'd be buying the low-sodium version if it was me!
