So there is this guy that ive seen in the same building i work in since christmas, and i have never talked to him. He smiles at me when he notices me looking at him, but he is always walking really fast or on his phone so i can never get a chance to talk to him. I honestly cant get him off my mind and i really have to meet him....what should i do....and i dont even know his name....anyone believe in love at first site...?....could this be it...im so confused....help :(

The same thing happened to me. This girl who works at the same office building smiles at me. Then I started smiling back at her. Later on she started saying hello or hi. Finally, she came up and created small talk with me or she'll come over and give me the playful shove. So I would suggest saying "hi" or just smile back and take it from there for now.
