Great pasta I came up with

edited January 2007 in General
So a few nights ago I was making some bow tie pasta. After I dropped the noodles in the water I realized we had no pasta sauce. Whatever, I cooked the pasta, drained the water (rinsed it with cold water-always) and raided through our pantry. I grabbed some vegtable oil, parmesan, pepper, spaghetti seasoning, herb seasoning, and salt. I put some oil in the pasta stirred and then added the pepper with the 2 seasonings and salt. I stirred it again and finally added the parmesan cheese (the more the better if youre a fan of it ). Delicious.

I think pasta is pretty damn good with straight butter

Pasta takes too long to cook. Instant noodle is a better option.

Yeah, that 8 minutes for pasta is a killer.

Hey! You can't compare instant noodles (which taste like cardboard btw) to classic italian pasta... its worth the extra 8 minutes lol

Kraft Dinner FTW! Even though I haven't had it in years ...I've heard it makes good insulation tho.

(Btw, thanks for the recipe, I'll have to try that sometime!)
