friendly reminder - upcoming deadlines

December 9 (Saturday) to January 12 (Friday)
Penalty of $50 for each class DROPPED (maximum penalty $100) during this period, if your net class load has decreased.


January 13 (Saturday) to January 19 (Friday)
Penalty of $100 for each class DROPPED during this period, if your net class load has decreased.


January 19 (Friday)
Deadline to pay tuition fees


January 20 (Saturday)
No refund for classes dropped.
NOTE: Class drop penalty will be calculated and posted to your Student Account in week three of classes.

    i need some help deciding if i should drop a class...i have chem122 126, phy 100, engl 104 and math 155...im never good with english and math...im thinking of dropping phy...what do u guys think?

    If you drop a class by tomorrow, does it disappear from your transcript or no??

    Yes, if you drop it by tomorrow it's as though you were never there.

    It will however, still appear on your list of classes under "Enroll" on go.sfu. But it will have "Dropped" beside it.

    I think you can if you have permission from the prof/department.

    It'd be worth emailing the prof to find out!

    some TA's are nice and just let u drop in on other tutorials

    really depends on the TA and if there needs to be tutorial group assignments and such
