Skiing on cypress

Went there Sat for the first time and my bf who has gone skiing over 200+ took me to the top with very little instruction and let me lose. Not fun i feel on my ass the whole way down. When i finally reached the bottom 2 hours later i saw the kitty slope...why the hell did he take me up there to begin with? Isn't that like really unsafe? : (

    Now you know why I avoid skiing/snowboarding. I have an aversion to pain and cold!

    First time I went snowboarding I went with a bunch of friends who ride all the time. They took me to grouse and we started to go down the cut and after about five minutes of me falling they were like, "alright we will see you at the bottom."
