I don't know about you, but I think that UBC administration in general is the worst and slowest than any government, public, or private institution, company, etc. They have the crappiest "customer" service and it takes them forever to process any request. Doesn't it piss you off that someone with probably a "lower" education level than a typical UBC student gets paid partly with our tuition money to sit around all day with their thumb up their ass?

i've sent emails to UBC inquiring about certain programs, and it's been two months and i've yet to get a reply.
