Does this qualify as exam hardship?

Hey everyone I was wondering if I could get your opinions on this:

I'm taking 4 classes, 3 of which have scheduled their finals (technically) within 24 hrs of each other.

Times are as follows:
day 1: 3:30 - 6:30 pm
day 2: 8:30 - 11:30 am
day 3: 3:30 - 6:30 pm

and the 4th exam is one day after the last one.

According to the rules on the site, this technically cannot be considered as exam hardship.

Is it reasonable to classify exam hardship with beginning/end overlap in a 24 hr period, but not within a 24hr period in general?
Is it reasonable to assume students wont face hardship (ie. adequately prepare/decompress/sleep lol) in completing their exams in this case? I guess I really don't understand the difference a 3 hr period can make especially if the university wants their students to do well.

Definitely venting but all input is appreciated. Has anyone had this issue before? How was it resolved? Have the rules changed?
