First-Year Courses for MBB Student?

Hey, everyone!

I'll be starting at SFU in Fall 2018 for the Molecular Biology and Biochemistry program, as a first-year student. For those of you who are currently in the program or have completed it, which courses would you recommend me to take during my first semester?

I'm planning to take three courses only at Burnaby Mountain. Which professors do you think are the best for each of the courses, in terms of difficulty, knowledge, and helpfulness?
