$680/month. Must be female as the top floor (3 room total) are for females and downstairs (also 3 rooms in total) are for male students. MUST be SFU student; no pets allowed.

-One minute walk from 144 bus stop (Metrotown/SFU) which takes 30 minutes to Metrotown and 10 minutes to SFU.

     - Take this bus to Sperling Skytrain Station (Less than 10 minutes)

-10 minute walk from 95 B-line (Burrard/SFU) which takes 30 minutes to Burrard and less than 10 minutes to SFU.

-10 minute walk from N35 (night bus to Downtown/SFU) which takes 20 minutes to downtown and less than 10 minutes to SFU (same stop as 95 B-line). 

Utilities and wifi are included. Washer and dryer available (downstairs). 

Tenant should be a quiet and tidy person.

There's also a 136 (Brentwood stn/Lougheed stn) stop at Sherlock ave and Halifax st. 10 minute walk from house.
