what is the BOT program?

So I recently found out that Im Required to Withdraw after this term. I won't offer any excuses for my performance and all I have to say is I made serious mistakes during my first semester and even though I tried extremely hard 2nd semester I just couldnt seem to save my GPA, but I'm determined to change all that.

So what's the BOT program like? I know its 3 terms but I have no idea how is it like and I'm worried I might crash out the same way I did during my first year at SFU.
