How to transfer from sfu to ubc? (computer science)

I'm major in bachelor of science (mathematics) in Sfu and want to transfer to Ubc (computer science) 2017 fall was my first year in Sfu,

and I tried to find and read the Ubc transfer requirement; however, I don't understand whole things

I took cmpt 120, math 151, fal, one elective course in fall term 2017.

Now I'm taking cmpt 125 127, macm 101, math 158 in this semester.

Please let me know any information about the transfer program!
