Transfering into Sosys from science

Ive taken cmpt 130, math 150 and math 152. I have a crpga of 2.6 and a gpa of 2.47. On the website it says that i need a crpga of 2.67 and gpa of 2.4 to transfer. Wondering what is the next step.
