Problems with SFU Connect

edited December 2016 in General
I'm having issues using SFU Connect via my mobile device. I have an old iPhone 4 running iOS 7 and ever since what seems to be an update to SFU Connect and/or the Zimbra client, I can no longer access my SFU e-mail. At first, it would just hang on a loading screen, and now it successfully logs in apparently, but none of my emails show up. Refer to screenies to see what I'm talking about. Anyone know whats up?

I have Android Lollipop (5.1.1) and had an issue the first time it changed. I was stuck on the loading screen.

Now it works fine-- hopefully yours will be fixed soon. I would be pissed if I couldn't access my email on mobile.

Edit: Do you think that this might help? It would be a pain in the ass to have them merge (if I'm looking at this correctly...) but it might work?

@Bull Thanks for the response and the unofficial IT support, appreciate it.

It no longer hangs on the loading screen, but still does not show any email items.

Thanks for your proposed solution in your edit, it seems to be a promising workaround for now. However, it still sucks to not be able to access it via web browser.
