Waitlisted question

Hello.

 I've never been waitlisted at SFU before so I was wondering what my chances are of getting in if I'm#9 for the lecture and#5 for the lab (the course is bisc326)

Also, should I attend classes for the first week in the hopes I might get in? How about the second week?

They always say to attend the classes you're waitlisted for. I checked gatekeeper and 2013/2014 doesn't look like anyone dropped it.
