Readmission after RTW

So I was RTW a while back ago. Around 2014 December.

Currently, I'm at Capilano University doing 12 units of transferable courses.
I know I have to get a 3.5 gpa for readmission with 12 units but my question is:

Will I have to apply for readmission for summer 2016 or fall 2016?
My term that I'm currently doing at capu is spring 2016 and my finals are in April.

    Pretty sure you can apply either Summer or Fall semester as SFU runs on trimester system.
