I really hated this course. I also did it via distance education and I felt like it was mostly a course focusing on statistics. My TA wasn't very helpful either. The first paper was marked extremely hard but there was feedback. I couldn't even see if I did better on my second paper because the TA refused to give the marks due to the TSSU strike (even though we had handed in the papers way before they stopped reporting grades... most of my other TAs gave us our marks on assignments up until the date they formally began to withhold grades). As the whole course is really facilitated by the TA, I would say your level of enjoyment will depend on the TA. If the TA is interactive and gets your marks back quickly, you would probably find it easier.
TL;DR: Textbook is basically a stats book, shitty TA = shitty course.
