Payment issue

I paid my student fees by dropping a cheque into the mailbox on January 12th for the first time. I usually pay with cash and the payment shows up immediately on my go.sfu account. However, I checked my account last night, and it say that my payment is still due. I was wondering if it's normal for the payment to take this long or if I should go and see one of the people at the desks.

  • Patience is a virtue my friend.
  • I wouldn't say that in this case. If the system still hasn't updated it might be wise to go in and talk to someone.
  • It normally take a few days for mine account to validate the payment, but it's been 13 days you'd better go and ask what's going on there.
  • Oops my apologies, I didn't realize the date of payment and the date of this post. Yeah you should go to the Registrar, wait times are almost none at all this time of year.
