  • ENGL101 was easy in my opinion and quite interesting.
The books that were picked all talked about really deep things like life, fighting, sex and stuff.
I'm going into a Crim major, so I liked those types of topics. :P
Keeping up with the reading and going to Tutorials is mandatory, of course.
My TA was really helpful in marking my essays, she told me what I should do to make it better each time.
I haven't taken ENGL105 before, so I can't tell you anything about it...
So I just recommend ENGL101. XD

English courses differ professor to professor. In general though, ENGL 101 is easier and more interesting than ENGL 105. When I say easier, I mean the essay topics are lighter and aren't as dense. Getting a good grade is equally difficult for all of them.
