Coming back to finish a certificate

Hi guys! Not sure if anyone can help but I'm planning to graduate with a crim major after this summer term. But I'm one course short for a legal cert. Is it possible to come back after graduating to finish the certificate ? Wanting to grad soon as I'm planning on going elsewhere to further my studies. Not sure if anyone's done this before but any input will be appreciated.

    This is heresay, but I have a friend who did it. However, it was the semester sucessively after the graduation.
