Academic Dishonesty. Need Urgent Help!
So I've been accused of academic dishonesty.
Somebody stole my assignment and submitted it. The person who stole my assignment, admitted that I he stole it from me.
I didn't do anything wrong.
The professor is not willing to listen to me (he heard what I said, but it went in one ear, and out the other).
He wrote an official report and lied on it (knowing or unkonwlingly). He said that I and him stole the assignment from a 3rd person.
He's basically written a report and sent it to the registrar's office or whatever.
Is there suppose to be an official hearing on academic dishonesty? I need some place where I can prove my case.
Does anybody have any experience with this? What happens once the prof sends the offical letter? Where can I defend myself????
Any help would be really really helpful
