Retaking a Class at SFU that you passed or failed at another School

edited April 2014 in General
I failed a class once, repeated and did pretty poorly in it at another school, but I want to take it at SFU to get a better mark, but I'm not sure if I'll be allowed and if my repeat that I did at another school counts towards SFU's 5 repeat policy.

  • The 5 repeats only counts toward SFU courses, however I would be careful and make sure you understood why you failed and didn't do well in that course in the first place before attempting to repeat it in SFU, it's not going to get easier up here.
  • Thanks.
Yeah It was the effort. Not much was put into it, and studying habits. Went from a 1.67 gpa to 3.4 for last year. I'm a changed man lol
