Well first off 322w is for Software Systems, 376w is for Computer Science. They might be interchangeable, but you would have to talk to an adviser.
Along with that, 322w is only offered in Surrey, 376w in Burnaby. So you may be better off taking the one at the campus you are typically at.
Now then, which is easier. From what I have seen:
376 has more, smaller assignments. Things like blog posts, short papers.
322 has less, larger assignments. For instance the final assignment is 20-25 pages.
I would argue that 376 is probably easier on the whole.
