    Yep iv had TAs like that. It was a living hell indeed. For one of my courses the TA tried the dumbest shit to take away marks. I literally appealed every grade in the course

    I don't understand how can you make a TA hate you? Did you do something to him/her?

    My TA was extremely racist. He would make racial comments during tutorial all the time and highly favoured white students. Everyone noticed it and many students aside from myself had to argue for marks

    This other time my ta just plain hated me. I have no clue why, but he would just find the smallest flaws in my assignments and replied with a lot of attitude when i emailed him. I have no idea why. Maybe he was just an ass

    because TAs are humans too, and getting into grad school does not take into account your personality or how you interact with other people....sad I know eh? they should include that in the evaluation
