double credits for one course

edited January 2014 in General
Hi, I heard from someone that there are courses that you can earn double credits? For example, there's a course designed for both Q and B-Sci, it's 3 units. So if I enrol for that course, my tuition will be for 3 units and after I pass the course, I can actually earn 6 credits? Is it true or not? Thanks a lot.

I've never heard of it.  I've taken a lot of courses that meet the Q and B-Sci requirements, that doesn't mean you get double credits.  What course are you talking about?

If it's worth 6 credits, why wouldn't they just charge you for it?
  • No. Just no.
  • Not true at all. It just meets two requirements.
  • Yeah right like SFU is going to give out free credits
  • I hope this isn't a fail troll question trying to copy @Kevin_CMNS because his was actually funny.

But yeah no. It fulfills both requirements but still 3 creds.
