Can't change tutorials?

I'm wait listed for one of the tutorials and I want to use the edit function to change to an open tutorial but it's not letting me. Is it because I'm wait listed into a tutorial that I can't switch tutorials?

Also is there a limit in the number of times I can change my tutorials because I've already changed it once before.

    I don't think there's a limit. I do remember other people havibg this same problem. E mail the advisor and they can do it for you manually.

    Yeah it's prolly just a bug.
