ATTN: Crim students

Hi, I am a lower level crim student. I am really struggling to fulfill my lower division crim requirement to declare my major.

If anybody here wants to drop a lower level crim course at BURNABY, can you please let me know so I can take it?

It would be very much appreciated. (Especially CRIM213, 220 and 251 at Burnaby Campus)

    Distance Ed will be preferred. For Crim251, I cant get into the one at Tues 8:30am because that conflicts in time with my another course.

    The 8;30 Tuesday lecture is the only section offered for 251 though, neither 251 or 213 are offered distance ed

    Btw CRIM 220 dist ed has been open for a while now

    @lakerfanatic. Crim220 is mendatory and I have to take either 213 or 251 as crim elective. Thats why I was looking to see if I can get into any of these two. But srsly, the more crim courses I take, the better.

     

    Also, I dont know what ur seeing on goSFU. I added every crim course I want to my cart, so when I log in, I can see their availability all at once within a second. But every time, I see straight low of blue squares.

     

    I check goSFU like 6 times a day, and all courses I want are closed each time. How can it be open when YOU see it? Thats so odd. What time of day do u usually log in? And are u sure the open crim courses you saw are at Burnaby? I think what u saw are the ones at Harbor Centre or Surrey. They are the only crim courses open and I dont intend to take them.

    I also go on like 45 times a day because I'm trying to help my friend get a better tutorial time for 135 and I always see BURNABY courses open up... CRIM 101, CRIM 251, CRIM 213, CRIM 220, CRIM 210, etc.

    @crimematic. Do u mind also notifying me when u see CRIM220 open up at burnaby? Im desperate for this course....damn if I dont take this next sem, I have to waste my summer semester. I will also notify u when I see one of those courses open up.

    If you don't mind taking it online, I can guarantee you it will open up the first week of classes if you cant get in before then

    I dont mind taking it online, but I want to get in before the first week of classes. Dont wonna miss the first week.

    If you're worried about missing anything, the first week for a lot of on-line classes is just posting introductions and such.

    Damn crim peeps are really nice eh lots of solidarity going on and trying to help each other to get their courses down that they need. yippeee
