    Don't bother, I took POL 101 with Heard and the TA was horrible (but it was a guy). No one ended up with a final grade higher than B+. When about six students, plus myself (It was a class of 50) complained, he did nothing

    so that for the midterm B+. how about the final/essay/ overall mark, it was ok or just like the midterm. I want to improve my GPA and I'm so worried about this course.

    I would say go to Heard, he's pretty nice and chill and if you did well he'll most likely bump you up.  Yeah I don't like to take classes with TAs.
