Federal/Provincial loans

It's already the second week of school and I haven't received the full amount. I've been authorized the maximum but only received about half (excluding what goes to tuition). It's my first time so I'm wondering if it's normal for it to take this long.

    or maybe the federal and provincial loans come out at different times

    So they paid your school tuition/fees already? It can take up to 7 days to process after funds have been disbursed. So you might also have just received either fed. or prov. half as they are separate.
