How do I opt out of these payments?

1,735,34$ for two courses only? Can somebody explain this. The overdue fees I understand but what are these UG atheltic fees and upass fee. Why are they charging for those. Is there a way to opt out of those payments?

How do I exempt myself from the following fees:

Penalty on Overdue Fees: 29.71

UG Rec & Athletic Fee 68.30

UG Studnet Services Fee 40.99

UG Activity Fee 66.64

Undergrad Tuition 1500

Just scroll down all the way to the "exemption". Deadline is Sept 9th.

It's called group buying power. Like 112233 said, good luck with opting out. The point of everyone being required to pay the fees is to keep the cost low for the whole general student body.
